Our heating cabinet

Our warming cabinet (in S, M, L) is perfectly matched to our cooking technology (HACCP). It is available in 3 sizes and can be set up at your premises free of charge on request. Of course, you can also use your own heating device or canteen equipment. Important requirement: time controller and a temperature of 86-99°C.

How heating works

Our heating cabinet is controlled via LAN/WLAN. We only control the time and temperature. This allows us to react to unforeseen events (eat later, eat earlier). It switches on reliably and switches off after 90 minutes.

Please do not remove the foil (lid) and do not pierce it!!!

Please do not remove the foil (lid) and do not prick! Do not preheat oven (top/bottom heat, convection oven) simply heat at 90°C, 40min.

1. open the lid halfway to allow steam to escape - but do not remove it completely. 2. max. 600 watts, 4-5 min.

Tips & tricks: To achieve the best quality of our food despite the microwave: Less watts, but a little longer or even shorter. "It's all about seconds." Only you know your appliance.

Goulash/ragout with side dishes 480W/5min
Pasta dishes 480W/4min
Schnitzel 480W/4min
Cordon Bleu 480W/5min
