Administrator area
You are the mouthpiece (administrator) of your company for us. Therefore you have more possibilities in the options:

Log in
As a corporate customer: Register and define your customized requirements. Whether collective order, individual order, split (tax-free deductible)
Home office: As a corporate customer at mahlzeit.online, we are also happy to deliver to your private address.
Private customer: We are also happy to deliver to private customers. Register and order as usual.
Order
Orders for the next 14 days, possible until 14:00 for the next working day.
Re -order (NEW): After 14:00 you can use our reordering service until 5:00. Attention! Limited selection.
Heating/preparing
Oven
1. do not remove the lid and do not prick. Do not preheat the oven (top and bottom heat, convection)
2. At 90°C - 100°C, approx. 40 - 50 min.
Microwave
- Preparation: Open the four flaps, but leave the lid on the bowl.
- Check the partition wall: If there is a partition in the bowl, remove it before heating (not microwave-safe).
- Heat up: Heat the bowl with lid in the microwave at 600-800 W for 3-4 minutes.
Warming cabinet (recommended!)
Our warming cabinet is equipped with a timer and set by us. (Preheat for 40 minutes) Remove food within 50 minutes.
Safe handling: Use the oven mitts provided, as the bowls become hot when heated, as do the dishes themselves.
Meal allowance
The amount of the legally tax-free deductible allowances for your employees can be freely defined and will be stored accordingly in our system.
Allowances are booked via your payroll accounting system or settled individually directly with the employee. In both cases, you will receive an additional transparent statement of consumption from us. This can also be provided as a CSV file on request. Only the employer receives this list (data protection). Each individual employee receives the difference in consumption by e-mail, personally, as a digital invoice.
Shelf life/storage
Can be kept refrigerated and sealed at approx. 5°C for 24 hours from delivery.
Heat once at 86°C, max. 99°C min. See date on label.
Depending on the agreement you will find:
- Hot food in the warming cabinet / refrigerator
- Cold food & drinks in the refrigerator
- Pastries according to agreement

Sustainability
Our food is delivered in sustainable reusable stainless steel trays with an individual QR code and number, which are assigned to your order with a personalized name label. In this way, we reduce waste and promote sustainability.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order daily until 14:00 for the next business day. By changing the order quantity (to ZERO and CONFIRMING again), your order is canceled.

Our daily menus change every day. There is a choice of three different main courses, a soup and a dessert every day. The weekly menu expands the selection with weekly changing dishes. Here you will find seasonal, classic and popular dishes to suit every palate.

Delivery/delivery charge
Delivery: Your orders will be delivered chilled between 10:00 - 12:30.
Mahlzeit does not charge delivery fees. However, there is a minimum order quantity of €15 - €28 (depending on location).
Our system will remind the day before if the order quantity has not been reached yet. If the minimum order quantity is not reached, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation at 14:00.
