You are the mouthpiece (administrator) of your company for us. Therefore you have more possibilities in the options:

With our ingredient filter, ingredients can be excluded, or preferred dishes can be highlighted. classic, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan, we provide versatile and rich meals with a lot of overview. With MalAnders we offer dishes from the Ayurveda philosophy, and with MalFit light meals with high nutritional value.

Delivery charge
Meal does not charge delivery fees. However, there is a minimum order amount of 15€ -28€ (depending on location).
Our system will remind the day before if the order quantity has not been reached yet. If the minimum order quantity is not reached, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation at 14:00.
Cost subsidy
The amount of the legally tax-free deductible allowances for your employees can be freely defined and will be stored accordingly in our system.
Subsidies are booked via your payroll accounting system or settled individually directly with the employee. In both cases, you will receive an additional transparent list of consumption from us. On request also as CSV file. Only the employer receives this list (data protection). Each individual employee receives the difference of the consumption by e-mail, personally, as a digital invoice.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order daily until 14:00 for the next business day. By changing the order quantity (to ZERO and CONFIRMING again), your order is canceled.Â
Our heating cabinet (in S, M, L) is perfectly matched to our cooking - and cooking technology (HACCP). This is available in 3 sizes and will be installed on request, free of charge, at your site. Of course, your own heating device or canteen equipment can also be used. Important requirement: time controller and a temperature of 86-99 °C

Disposal
Mahlzeit has already paid the ARA fee. We ask our customers to dispose of the packaging sorted by type in the yellow garbage can provided (Vienna).
Upon request, we will dispose of your sorted waste. We provide a suitable waste system for collection and separation free of charge. Garbage bags are charged at cost price.
