We cool everything down to about 5°C (HACCP) just before the cooking point.

After that is portioned. We do not use preservative gases.

We personalize your meal. We show shelf life and ingredients.

All our packaging is made from 100% natural fibers.

Depending on the agreement you will find:

Hot food in the warming cupboard.
Cold food and drinks in the refrigerator.
Pastries and much more according to the agreement.

To heat your meal, we recommend our Warming cabinet, which is available in 3 sizes for purchase or rent (without commitment!). Of course, your warming device or canteen equipment can be used. Prerequisite: Time controller & a heat of approx. 86°C. Shelf life: Our food is stable for 12 hours from delivery (at 5°C storage).

Take your time and enjoy your meal. You will find your food in the warming cupboard and in the refrigerator labeled with your name. Remove food in the period of 50 min.

From delivery, our dishes have a shelf life of 12 hours. Refrigerated and sealed, at approx. 5°C, 24 hours from delivery. Heating once at 86°C, max. 90 min. See date on the label.
